The home is located in Middle River Terrace, just north of Sunrise Blvd and east of 3rd ave. The neighborhood is primarily single family homes with a few apartments nearby as well. There is a park within walking distance as well as the upcoming 13th St area, where you can find restaurants, cafes, and a few other small businesses. KEEP IN MIND - this is a working class neighborhood so some of the homes are outdated. The area is very safe and we have never had issues for our guests.
The main action is located on Las Olas, which is a 7 min drive or Uber.

The home can accomodate up to 3 cars for parking in the driveway / front of the house. Best option is to rent a car to explore the area but Uber works well too.

We love your furry friends but unfortunately the house is not equipped to take pets at this time.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

We understand you are on vacation and will be enjoying your time in Fort Lauderdale. We ask that no organized events take place or outside visitors not listed on the reservation stay at the home without prior host approval.

It was an amazing experience.
Positive: I loved everything about the property the pool,the view,the mango tree the cleanness of the entire house I didn’t want to leave it was very comfortable I will definitely book again the host was amazing thank you until next time .

Property Rules
1. Quiet Hours are 9 pm to 7 am. All of the surrounding neighbors live in their homes and do not tolerate parties/events/loud noise.
2. Total Guests allowed are 8. Please do not bring additional guests unless approved with host prior.
3. No glass containers in the pool area / backyard please!
