Albert’s cabin in the woods was a wonderful little gem. It had everything and the views!! Albert’s communication was timely and informative. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the grill. The gravel road was a little steep but we all made it safely and had a great time!

Sleepy Rentals

Albert’s cabin is a great getaway for a private and peaceful trip with beautiful views. The location is ideal for someone looking to be in nature and explore Shenandoah! The porch faces the mountains, there are plenty of trees surrounding the property, and the nearby trails are a good plus. The washer/dryer and hot tub were unusable during our stay, which was a bummer, but Albert and team were very responsive and worked with us to come to a solution. Overall, the cabin is great for a nature-filled group trip and our stay was incredibly pleasant. Will warn that if it might rain on your trip, be sure to have a 4WD car because the road to the cabin is unpaved.

Picture do no justice for how beautiful this place is in person! Area was very peaceful, this was my first time staying in a dome cabin and it exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend staying here don’t even second guess yourself; it’s worth every penny. Albert was very clear on instructions of how to get there, how to check in and how to check out which made it very easy for me.

Very spacious home and the view out of the main windows was amazing. We loved the modern decor from the couches to the lighting. If we brought the kids I know they would have enjoyed the pac man and shuffle board table in the basement. Beautiful home with beautiful views.

The house was gorgeous and everything practically new.  We enjoyed all the amenities and the view (both daytime and under the stars), and the bed, couches, pillows, and blankets were so cozy.  It was a serene getaway.

This place is amazing! The place was honestly nicer and bigger than expected. More than enough room for just me and my partner. Would definitely book again!

We stayed at the Dream Dome with our three littles. Two eight year olds and an 8month old. We all had the best time. We were surrounded with nature that it felt very private, however, we were just a short drive to down. We all really enjoyed our weekend and getting to disconnect. Our girls are already asking us to go back. One thing for us that makes or breaks a place is how comfortable the beds are and the beds here pass the test! We’ll be booking again.

We had a lovely stay at the Sky Dome. The space was clean and provided all the simple amenities we needed. My partner was additionally thrilled by the addition of curtains and provided sleep masks to aid in sleeping in past sunrise. The one thing we hadn't considered clearly was the size of the kitchen and our intentions to cook meals. It was a bit challenging with such limited counter space, but we made do. Overall, the space was exactly what we were hoping for and we loved our quick trip out to Page County!

We loved our stay. The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was perfect with the snow. We saw deer and turkey and had an excellent dinner in Luray at the chophouse. Would stay again.

The place is very nice, clean, and well kept. It may be a bit difficult to reach on snowy days since the property is uphill and the drive consists of back roads. I’d recommend making sure your vehicle has the right tires, chains, and any needed equipment for winter conditions.<br/>It was quite cold when we first arrived, and the unit took about 5–6 hours to fully warm up, so plan ahead if you’re visiting in colder months. The coffee station was a thoughtful touch — well stocked and really convenient.<br/>The views were absolutely amazing and made the stay even better. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated.<br/>Overall, the space is cute, cozy, and worth the trip. We definitely recommend this place!
